YWCA Elyria partners with organizations that provide evidence-based support groups for girls between the ages of 14 and 18 that are effective in reducing delinquency. Programs integrate resiliency practices and skills training designed to increase positive connectivity tons, personal and collective strength and competence in girls. Programs are held at the school and are complemented with career-focused field experiences.
