IT’S TIME TO GET OUT THE VOTE
Right now, Americans are preparing for a BIG election November 5th, with critical decisions up for vote on the ballot nationally and locally. At YWCA Elyria we are deeply invested in ensuring that everyone who can participate in the hard-won right to vote, does. Therefore, we are dedicating our GOTV efforts to women, including young women, women of color, and those in communities that have long been overlooked due to deeply entrenched legacies of gender and racial discrimination in our social structures and institutions.

The document contained herein, Lorain County Racial Equity Agenda, will be the foundational piece of the Lorain County Racial Equity Center and the expected subsequent work.
